Hello all 8D I come to you this here question *points at title*

Basically, a group of us are doing a presentation on Anime and Cosplay conventions and how they relate to Realism, Escapism and relation to the consistency as part of our philosophy course. What I'd like to ask you, if you want of course, is how YOU think that conventions/expo/etc reflect on Japanese culture, giving particular attention to the cosplay side of things. This doesn't have to be long by any means, the main point of this is that I wanted to gather people's opinions, even if it comes down to an 'it's crap' perspective. So yeah, if you have your 'two cents' to chuck in, I'd be very appreciative

Aaaaanyways, onto my actual self? Well I still lack student finance (beyond funny anyone?), BUT I'm keeping myself busy with coursework while it gets sorted which is also going well! I guess like a lot of people lately, I've had some pretty down phases, hence why I haven't really had much presence amongst you lovely people. My thoughts go out to those who are also feeling shit/having shit/shit of general sorts, and by the looks of it, that's a fair few people right? However I do stick to my promise that as soon as money comes through, the cosplay will begin again and I'll be in full swing 8D Plus if I get my 2 terms of coursework done now, I'll have loads of time come December/January xD *postive Dan is positive*

Now it's complaining time. Seriously, wtf is with some people using dA as a photobucket again! Last time some of us complained about this, it kinda stopped for a bit, and now it's back, although with different people mind you. Not being on here much hasn't helped either, I've just cleared out hundreds of images of; myspace poses, people's pets again, and once again, the same cosplay picture several times over with a SLIGHT difference in angle. ONE OR TWO PICS IS FINE! I CAN DEAL WITH ONE OR TWO! Everyone gets mild spammage rights, but this is rediculous! My 'unwatch' button is gonna be busy again methinks ¬_¬ Anyways, re-iteration of anti-spam with Kelly's stampie!

Roight! Time for off methinks, I am only in a PC lab afterall. Can't wait to have my laptop working again 8D
